In-Person Sessions
All online sessions through Paige Maddex & Associates will be done through SimplePractice. SimplePractice is the secure, HIPAA-compliant platform we use to manage scheduling, Telehealth sessions, documentation, and billing. All insurance types that are accepted by PM&A are accepted via Telehealth as well as self-pay.
All in-person sessions will be at the Paige Maddex & Associates office, located at 5 Lincolnway, Suite 2, Valparaiso, IN 46383-5693. PM&A has multiple therapists within its office who specialize in different types of therapeutic treatment. All insurance types that are accepted by PM&A are accepted via in-person sessions as well as self-pay.
